IIFYM – If It Fits Your Macros
” What “eat whatever you want as long as it fits into your macros” means is basically, eat right, but don’t get all caught up in the whole ‘clean vs dirty’ food debate that seems to still go on. If you want to eat whole grain bread, oats, brown rice, etc. etc. Regardless on your school of thought whether you agree with this methodology or not both school of thoughts require one thing.
That one commonality is a scale and who has found themselves going to a friends house, a party, a restaurant only wishing they had a scale to weigh out an ounce or this or 100 grams of that? Well I don’t know about you but I found myself doing this a LOT!!!!
I have always said wherever there is a problem we need to find the solution and provide it to the market and this scale I am about to show you is (pardon my language) bad A$$!
