- 1/2 P28 flatbread
- 1/4 c plain 0% Greek yogurt
- 1 T white chia seeds
- 1 packet vanilla flavored stevia (or sweetener of choice)
- 1/2 small peach (diced)
- 5 large blackberries
- 1/4 c diced cucumber (this adds an awesome crunch!)
- A few fresh leaves of basil
- Cut one P28 flatbread in half.
- In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, stevia and chia seeds together.
- Add the diced peach, blackberries, cucumber, basil and stir well.
- Spread evenly onto the flatbread and gently roll it up.
