Here is one of my favorite protein powder recipes:
I call these my protein peanut butter cups. Here is what you need;
- 1 scoop of your favorite chocolate whey protein (mine is Gaspari Myofusion for these)
- 1 Tablespoon of natural peanut butter
- 1 Tablespoon of cocoa powder get the unsweetened kind
- Depending on how sweet you like it use between 1 to 2 packets of Stevia or Xylitol sweetener
- Get out your magic bullet or blender and blend all together
Fill in your muffin pans (I use the silicone tray) and only go about 3/4 full because they fluff up then you just place in freezer for an hour and boom they are ready!!
You can freeze the extras that you know you won’t eat in the next couple of days to preserve the freshness. Will do another one next week for my Pumpd family!
